Valuable Work Experience
At Park we recognise how difficult it is for young people to gain valuable work experience so we have opened our own Recruitment Agency for positions that can be filled by our students.
Students will go through a recruitment process including:
Vacancies available on our Student Recruitment board show how progression can be made through different roles. More roles are added as they become available.
The law states that children must be 13 years of age to be employed therefore Year 7/8s can only volunteer, they will receive a gift voucher and their work experience will be recognised in any application for positions in Year 9.
Once a Student is successful they will receive the necessary training and equipment. In order to be paid they will require a bank account.
